About this role
Earthian's GTM team brings inference-native risk intelligence to banks, insurers, asset managers, and enterprises. You will own pipeline development, customer conversations, and partnerships—helping institutions adopt specialized models that price multidimensional risk into capital.
What you'll do
• Build and manage enterprise pipeline across financial services and adjacent sectors
• Lead discovery, demos, and proof-of-value cycles with risk, data, and executive stakeholders
• Develop positioning, collateral, and case studies with product and research
• Coordinate pilots and expansions with technical and customer success partners
• Represent customer feedback in roadmap and launch planning
What we're looking for
• Experience selling B2B enterprise software, data, or AI products
• Track record engaging risk, analytics, or technology buyers in financial services
• Ability to explain complex AI and risk concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills and comfort in early-stage, high-ownership environments
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
